Kasoriya is a small village of 1383 hectares in Banera Tehsil in Bhilwara district, also known as the Textile City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kasoriya depends on Gulabpura, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 4.05% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kasoriya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kasoriya's pin code is 311030[4], and village code is 02824700. The area of Kasoriya is segregated as 174.95 hectares irrigated area, 678 hectares unirrigated, the 218.15 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 266.89 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Kasoriya has One post office (Kasuriya B.O) and Nine public telephones. Kasoriya has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Kasoriya is a census village in the district of Bhilwara, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2269 and has total administration over 439 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
- Kasoriya has 314 children, 153 boys and 161 girls.
- Scheduled caste counts for 402 (17.72%) males constitute 196 (8.64%) of the population and females 206 (9.08%).
- Scheduled tribe counts for 163 (7.18%) males constitute 73 (3.22%) of the population and females 90 (3.97%).

Employment[edit]
According to a census 2011 report, 1005 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 586 male, 419 female with 992 (98.71%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 578 males and 414 females. 350 males and 289 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 102 male and 100 female agricultural labor. 13 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Gulabpura and Bhilwara to sell earthen pot and make their living.
