Kawariya is a small village of 179 hectares in Kushalgarh Tehsil in Banswara district, also known as City of Hundred Islands in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kawariya depends on Kushalgarh, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kawariya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kawariya's pin code is 327602[4], and village code is 03486700. The area of Kawariya is segregated as 32 hectares irrigated area, 92 hectares unirrigated, the 16 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 39 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Kawariya is a census village in the district of Banswara, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 721 and has total administration over 145 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

The workforce is 203 male, 200 female with 349 (86.6%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 179 males and 170 females. 172 males and 167 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 4 male and 3 female agricultural labor. 54 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Kushalgarh and Banswara to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
