Kazi Abidur Rahman (born 18 December 1994) is a Bangladeshi British entrepreneur, content creator, digital market expert, philanthropist, and keynote speaker. He is also the co-founder of Sunnamusk, a retail company known for its vast range of fragrance products.[1]
Rahman has over a decade’s experience in the management field and specializes in brand management, creating media outreach programs, developing media strategy, social verification, and other marketing services.
Rahman has been featured in several media outlets including Daily Mail, British Muslim Magazine, News.com.au and others.[2][3][4]
Rahman was born in Sylhet, Bangladesh, to Mawlana Kazi Abdus Subhan to Fatima Khanom. Rahman grew up with two sisters and five brothers. He moved to the UK in 1997, when his father, who worked in London, Enfield as an Imam called his family to the UK. When the family shifted to the UK, his brothers worked as teachers to contribute financially.
Rahman studied at Manorfield Primary School, then LIS - Secondary School, City, and lastly, graduated from Islington College.
Rahman had a very keen interest in branding and marketing since the age of 14 and hence started working alongside his brother Shafiq in car boot stalls and market stalls to gain experience.
Rahman started his career in 2009 when he co-founded Sunnamusk along with his brother Shafiq. Sunnamusk is a retail company that offers a vast range of fragrance products. Initially, Rahman was the Head of Brand and Head of Commercialization. He managed the business in all aspects of operations, sales, marketing, PR & HR. Rahman was also responsible for the development of new products and the expansion of the business nationally.
In 2018, Rahman became the CEO of Sunnamusk. Throughout the years, Under his leadership, the company doubled its growth and now has nine websites across the UK. Sunnamusk’s first international website was launched in Germany.
As of 2020, Rahman has shifted the company's focus to an online-focused company and since then tripled its revenue.
