Kenpura is a small village of 956 hectares in Pali Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kenpura depends on Pali, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 67.00% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kenpura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kenpura's pin code is 306422[4], and village code is 02432900. The area of Kenpura is segregated as 98 hectares irrigated area, 226 hectares unirrigated, the 466 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 166 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Kenpura has Eight public telephones. Kenpura has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Kenpura is a census village in the district of Pali, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 610 and has total administration over 161 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Kenpura has 46 children, 23 boys and 23 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 137 (22.46%) males constitute 74 (12.13%) of the population and females 63 (10.33%).

According to a census 2011 report, 259 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 132 male, 127 female with 238 (91.89%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 126 males and 112 females. 78 males and 73 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 22 male and 35 female agricultural labor. 21 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Pali to sell ghee and make their living.
