Keriya is a small village of 255 hectares in Dudu (Hq. Mauzamabad) Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Keriya depends on Phulera, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 81.20% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Keriya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Keriya's pin code is 303604[4], and village code is 01517800. The area of Keriya is segregated as 112.68 hectares irrigated area, 72.25 hectares unirrigated, the 31.12 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 38.71 hectare area not available for cultivation.

The workforce is 212 male, 207 female with 279 (66.59%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 169 males and 110 females. 110 males and 48 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 30 male and 55 female agricultural labor. 140 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Phulera and Jaipur to sell ghee and make their living.
