Khajora is a small village of 1868 hectares in Kolayat Tehsil in Bikaner district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Khajora depends on BIKANER, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Khajora is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Khajora's pin code is 334305[4], and village code is 00545300. The area of Khajora is segregated as 12.03 hectares irrigated area, 1672.9 hectares unirrigated, remaining 124.18 hectare area not available for cultivation.

The village is connected with a single bus service. Khajora has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Khajora is a census village in the district of Bikaner, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1505 and has total administration over 262 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Khajora has 320 children, 163 boys and 157 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 569 (37.81%) males constitute 313 (20.80%) of the population and females 256 (17.01%).

The workforce is 387 male, 363 female with 549 (73.2%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 364 males and 185 females. 270 males and 150 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 40 male and 32 female agricultural labor. 201 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Bikaner to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
