Khamal is a small village of 2755 hectares in Sojat Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Khamal depends on Pali, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 40.00% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Khamal is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tanker. Khamal's pin code is 306104[4], and village code is 02413900. The area of Khamal is segregated as 340 hectares irrigated area, 2012 hectares unirrigated, the 123 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 280 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Khamal is a census village in the district of Pali, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1706 and has total administration over 329 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

The workforce is 495 male, 73 female with 481 (84.68%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 455 males and 26 females. 270 males and 10 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 64 male and 14 female agricultural labor. 87 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Pali to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
