Khandwa is a small village of 1007 hectares in Niwai Tehsil in Tonk district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Khandwa depends on Niwai, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Khandwa is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Khandwa's pin code is 304021[4], and village code is 02624700. The area of Khandwa is segregated as 149 hectares irrigated area, 548.12 hectares unirrigated, the 270.54 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 39.17 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Khandwa has One post office (Khandwa B.O) and Four public telephones. Khandwa has Two banks, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Khandwa is a census village in the district of Tonk, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1599 and has total administration over 276 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 450 (28.14%) males constitute 229 (14.32%) of the population and females 221 (13.82%).
- Scheduled tribe counts for 397 (24.83%) males constitute 202 (12.63%) of the population and females 195 (12.20%).

The workforce is 445 male, 412 female with 597 (69.66%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 335 males and 262 females. 274 males and 239 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 22 male and 6 female agricultural labor. 260 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Niwai and Tonk to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
