Khapariya is a small village of 357 hectares in Amber Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Khapariya depends on Chomu, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 230.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Khapariya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Khapariya's pin code is 303702[4], and village code is 01565200. The area of Khapariya is segregated as 230 hectares irrigated area, 71 hectares unirrigated, the 27 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 29 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Khapariya has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Khapariya is a census village in the district of Jaipur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1506 and has total administration over 227 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Khapariya has 225 children, 125 boys and 100 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 170 (11.29%) males constitute 92 (6.11%) of the population and females 78 (5.18%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 80 (5.31%) males constitute 45 (2.99%) of the population and females 35 (2.32%).

The workforce is 342 male, 336 female with 352 (51.92%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 286 males and 66 females. 210 males and 47 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 1 male and 4 female agricultural labor. 326 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Chomu and Jaipur to sell ghee and make their living.
