Kharda is a small village of 4350 hectares in Rohat Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kharda depends on Pali, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 0.50% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kharda is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Kharda's pin code is 306421[4], and village code is 02428600. The area of Kharda is segregated as 874.23 hectares irrigated area, 1422.4 hectares unirrigated, the 1494.9 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 558.04 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Kharda is a census village in the district of Pali, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2867 and has total administration over 549 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
- Kharda has 476 children, 237 boys and 239 girls.
- Scheduled caste counts for 817 (28.50%) males constitute 438 (15.28%) of the population and females 379 (13.22%).
- Scheduled tribe counts for 256 (8.93%) males constitute 136 (4.74%) of the population and females 120 (4.19%).

Employment[edit]
According to a census 2011 report, 1387 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 828 male, 559 female with 1274 (91.85%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 793 males and 481 females. 294 males and 165 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 191 male and 203 female agricultural labor. 113 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Pali to sell earthen pot and make their living.
