Khoh is a small village of 546 hectares in Lachhmangarh Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Khoh depends on ALWAR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 54.00% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Khoh is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Khoh's pin code is 301035[4], and village code is 00828600. The area of Khoh is segregated as 220 hectares irrigated area, 74 hectares unirrigated, the 4 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 248 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Khoh has One post office (Khoh B.O) and One public telephone. Khoh has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Khoh is a census village in the district of Alwar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1195 and has total administration over 166 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Khoh has 246 children, 135 boys and 111 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 423 (35.40%) males constitute 224 (18.74%) of the population and females 199 (16.65%).

The workforce is 262 male, 249 female with 354 (69.28%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 224 males and 130 females. 203 males and 126 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 2 male and 1 female agricultural labor. 157 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Alwar to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
