Khor is a small village of 546 hectares in Chittaurgarh Tehsil in Chittorgarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Khor depends on Chittaurgarh, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 11.38% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Khor is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Khor's pin code is 312612[4], and village code is 03607000. The area of Khor is segregated as 80.78 hectares irrigated area, 283.56 hectares unirrigated, the 153.76 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 27.96 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Khor is a census village in the district of Chittorgarh, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1001 and has total administration over 211 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled caste counts for 188 (18.78%) males constitute 92 (9.19%) of the population and females 96 (9.59%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 181 (18.08%) males constitute 85 (8.49%) of the population and females 96 (9.59%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Chittaurgarh and Chittorgarh to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
