Kodarla is a small village of 791 hectares in Pindwara Tehsil in Sirohi district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kodarla depends on PINDWARA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 58.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Kodarla is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kodarla's pin code is 307023[4], and village code is 02365800. The area of Kodarla is segregated as 58 hectares irrigated area, 62 hectares unirrigated, the 298 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 311 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Kodarla has One post office (Dhanari B.O) and Fifteen public telephones. The village is connected with a single bus service. Kodarla has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Kodarla is a census village in the district of Sirohi, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 781 and has total administration over 1491 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Kodarla has 129 children, 110 boys and 166 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 86 (11.01%) males constitute 80 (10.24%) of the population and females 581 (74.39%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 305 (39.05%) males constitute 276 (35.34%) of the population and females 856 (109.60%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of PINDWARA and Sirohi to sell earthen pots and make their living.
