Koliya is a small village of 3423 hectares in Didwana Tehsil in Nagaur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Koliya depends on Didwana, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Koliya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Koliya's pin code is 341305[4], and village code is 01772500. The area of Koliya is segregated as 3009.67 hectares unirrigated, the 290.45 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 122.95 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Koliya has One post office (Agoonta B.O) and One Hundred Seven public telephones. The village is connected with a single bus service. Koliya has One bank, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Koliya is a census village in the district of Nagaur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 6488 and has total administration over 1157 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

According to a census 2011 report, 2937 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 1705 male, 1232 female with 1862 (63.4%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 1339 males and 523 females. 434 males and 293 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 283 male and 86 female agricultural labor. 1075 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Didwana and Nagaur to sell earthen pots and make their living.
