Koshali is a small village of 325 hectares in Sawai Madhopur Tehsil in Sawai Madhopur district, also known for Ranthambore National Park in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Koshali depends on SAWAI MADHOPUR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Koshali is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Koshali's pin code is 322027[4], and village code is 01315100. The area of Koshali is segregated as 274.89 hectares irrigated area, 3.5 hectares unirrigated, the 24.8 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 21.4 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Koshali is a census village in the district of Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 705 and has total administration over 154 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled tribe counts for 703 (99.72%) males constitute 367 (52.06%) of the population and females 336 (47.66%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Sawai Madhopur to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
