Kurada is a small village of 2507 hectares in Parbatsar Tehsil in Nagaur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kurada depends on Parbatsar, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 488.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kurada is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Kurada's pin code is 341503[4], and village code is 01868800. The area of Kurada is segregated as 488 hectares irrigated area, 1779 hectares unirrigated, the 172 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 67.57 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Kurada has One post office (Kurdada B.O) and Thirty Five public telephones. The village is connected with a single bus service. Kurada has Two banks, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Kurada is a census village in the district of Nagaur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 5586 and has total administration over 1021 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Kurada has 835 children, 451 boys and 384 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 835 (14.95%) males constitute 444 (7.95%) of the population and females 391 (7.0%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 81 (1.45%) males constitute 40 (0.72%) of the population and females 41 (0.73%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Parbatsar and Nagaur to sell wooden goods and make their living.
