Kurt Witten (born 14 September 1974) is a Canadian entrepreneur.
Witten was born on 14 September 1974 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He has traveled and lived in the United States for almost seven years. Witten spent most of his time living in Whistler, Canada.
Witten pursued a bachelor’s degree in communication from Brandon University and then went to Columbia College, where he studied film tv and business management.
At 18, Witten started his career in the film industry with film production crews in Los Angeles. During his time in Hollywood, he has appeared in several movies and television shows including, Andromeda, Baseketball, Jurassic Park, Home Improvement, and several others.
Witten founded Seventeen Pools in 2009, with the aim to build durable and environment-friendly swimming pools. Witten’s company is headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, and provides clients with energy-efficient construction services. Under the leadership of Witten, Seventeen Pools has gained much popularity and has established its name for its creatively designed cargo containers serving as swimming pools. Witten’s company designs pools that come in four sizes: 20 Feet, 30 feet, 40 feet, and 45 feet long. These pools can also be customized according to the client’s demands.
Witten is also dedicated to giving back to the community and is engaged with multiple non-profit organizations that support homeless people.
Witten is a divorcee with two children.
