Kutkya is a small village of 289 hectares in Lalsot Tehsil in Dausa district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kutkya depends on Lalsot, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kutkya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kutkya's pin code is 303511[4], and village code is 01421200. The area of Kutkya is segregated as 170 hectares irrigated area, 47 hectares unirrigated, the 2 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 10 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Kutkya has One post office (Khatumbar B.O). Kutkya has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Kutkya is a census village in the district of Dausa, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 733 and has total administration over 141 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

According to a census 2011 report, 292 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 160 male, 132 female with 150 (51.37%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 135 males and 15 females. 109 males and 9 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 4 male and 4 female agricultural labor. 142 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Lalsot and Dausa to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
