Lakshmipura is a small village of 188 hectares in Banera Tehsil in Bhilwara district, also known as the Textile City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Lakshmipura depends on Bhilwara, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 4.05% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Lakshmipura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Lakshmipura's pin code is 311011[4], and village code is 02832700. The area of Lakshmipura is segregated as 48.07 hectares irrigated area, 98.15 hectares unirrigated, the 31.51 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 10.66 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Lakshmipura has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Lakshmipura is a census village in the district of Bhilwara, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 535 and has total administration over 91 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Lakshmipura has 97 children, 59 boys and 38 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 172 (32.15%) males constitute 84 (15.70%) of the population and females 88 (16.45%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 130 (24.30%) males constitute 68 (12.71%) of the population and females 62 (11.59%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Bhilwara to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
