Live.On is an Indonesian digital telecommunication brand founded in 2020 under PT XL Axiata Tbk. Live.On is the third digital telco brand launched in Indonesia. Live.On offers data communication, mobile communication, 3G and 4G services. There are 2 Live.On data packages, 25GB and 50GB, named Live On Power On and Live On Power Full respectively.[1][2][3] Live.On is the first digital telco brand in Indonesia that does not restrict its quota-based prepaid services, allowing quota to be used across all applications, networks and timings. It also allows mobile data accumulation of up to 1,000GB.[4][5] Live.On has a mobile application for users to order numbers, pay, activate SIM cards, control packages and contact customer service, available for download on the Google Play and the App Store.[6] Live.On targets young, professional, digitally savvy users who consume higher than average data.[7]
On August 17 2020, Live.On made it’s first soft commercial launch, where customers can buy the two starterpack with baseplans and add-ons via website, app and Shopee. On October 5 2020, Live.On was officially launched and introduced to the media, coinciding with XL Axiata's 24th anniversary.[8][4] The slogan since its launch has been “Data On Power On". On November 26 2020, Live.On was presented the award for the category of Digital Telcos in the Marketeers Youth Choice Brands of The Year 2020.[8]
Live.On is powered by XL Axiata Stable Internet Connection, which operates over GSM 900 and GSM 1800 networks.
