Lundara is a small village of 3205 hectares in Bali Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Lundara depends on Pindwara, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 10.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Lundara is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Lundara's pin code is 306504[4], and village code is 02481500. The area of Lundara is segregated as 173 hectares irrigated area, 630 hectares unirrigated, the 966.12 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 709 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Lundara has Eight public telephones. The village is connected with a single bus service. Lundara has Two banks, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Lundara is a census village in the district of Pali, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2891 and has total administration over 578 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Lundara has 491 children, 258 boys and 233 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 195 (6.75%) males constitute 91 (3.15%) of the population and females 104 (3.60%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 1083 (37.46%) males constitute 556 (19.23%) of the population and females 527 (18.23%).

The workforce is 791 male, 590 female with 731 (52.93%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 681 males and 50 females. 201 males and 15 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 27 male and 12 female agricultural labor. 650 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Pindwara and Pali to sell earthen pot and make their living.
