Mahoora is a small village of 306 hectares in Bari Sadri Tehsil in Chittorgarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Mahoora depends on Kanor, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 92.54% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Mahoora is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Mahoora's pin code is 312401[4], and village code is 03706800. The area of Mahoora is segregated as 92.54 hectares irrigated area, 147.18 hectares unirrigated, the 53.65 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 12.7 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Mahoora is a census village in the district of Chittorgarh, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1742 and has total administration over 329 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 50 (2.87%) males constitute 25 (1.44%) of the population and females 25 (1.44%).

The workforce is 493 male, 496 female with 615 (62.18%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 404 males and 211 females. 285 males and 192 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 37 male and 11 female agricultural labor. 374 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Kanor and Chittorgarh to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
