Mahradas is a small village of 379 hectares in Jhunjhunu Tehsil in Jhunjhunu district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Mahradas depends on Jhunjhunu, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 16.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Mahradas is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Mahradas's pin code is 331025[4], and village code is 00672300. The area of Mahradas is segregated as 61 hectares irrigated area, 286 hectares unirrigated, the 27 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 5 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Mahradas has One post office (Haripura B.O) and One public telephone. The village is connected with a single bus service. Mahradas has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Mahradas is a census village in the district of Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 774 and has total administration over 133 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Mahradas has 132 children, 66 boys and 66 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 137 (17.70%) males constitute 72 (9.30%) of the population and females 65 (8.40%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 42 (5.43%) males constitute 22 (2.84%) of the population and females 20 (2.58%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Jhunjhunu to sell wood furniture and make their living.
