Mahuwa is a small village of 1834 hectares in Mandalgarh Tehsil in Bhilwara district, also known as the Textile City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Mahuwa depends on Mandalgarh, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 90.00% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal and One spring. Mahuwa is also surrounded by Two lakes.
