Mallana is a small village of 678 hectares in Rajgarh Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Mallana depends on RAJGARH, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal and Two springs. Mallana is also near by One lake. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Mallana's pin code is 301410[4], and village code is 00896900. The area of Mallana is segregated as 142 hectares irrigated area, 29 hectares unirrigated, the 85 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 45 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Mallana has One post office (Gordhanpura B.O) and Four public telephones. The village is connected with a single bus service. Mallana has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Mallana is a census village in the district of Alwar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1359 and has total administration over 265 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 371 (27.30%) males constitute 206 (15.16%) of the population and females 165 (12.14%).

The workforce is 315 male, 178 female with 349 (70.79%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 230 males and 119 females. 99 males and 105 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 1 male and 1 female agricultural labor. 144 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of RAJGARH and Alwar to sell marble and make their living.
