Malwa is a small village of 123 hectares in Chaksu Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Malwa depends on Chaksu, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 41.43% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Malwa is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Malwa's pin code is 303903[4], and village code is 01630500. The area of Malwa is segregated as 41.43 hectares irrigated area, 74.34 hectares unirrigated, the 0.6 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 6.53 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Malwa has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Malwa is a census village in the district of Jaipur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 478 and has total administration over 82 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Malwa has 71 children, 33 boys and 38 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 18 (3.77%) males constitute 10 (2.09%) of the population and females 8 (1.67%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 9 (1.88%) males constitute 3 (0.63%) of the population and females 6 (1.26%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Chaksu and Jaipur to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
