Malwara is a small village of 1068 hectares in Raniwara Tehsil in Jalor district, also known as Granite City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Malwara depends on SANCHORE, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 258.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Malwara is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Malwara's pin code is 343039[4], and village code is 02325900. The area of Malwara is segregated as 778 hectares irrigated area, 251 hectares unirrigated, the 1 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 38 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Malwara has One public telephone. The village is connected with a single bus service. Malwara has Two banks, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Malwara is a census village in the district of Jalor, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2512 and has total administration over 459 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled caste counts for 930 (37.02%) males constitute 459 (18.27%) of the population and females 471 (18.75%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 23 (0.92%) males constitute 12 (0.48%) of the population and females 11 (0.44%).

The workforce is 774 male, 714 female with 1204 (80.91%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 639 males and 565 females. 494 males and 507 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 41 male and 31 female agricultural labor. 284 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of SANCHORE and Jalor to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
