Mandera is a small village of 201 hectares in Beawar Tehsil in Ajmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Mandera depends on Beawar, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 30.09% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Mandera is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Mandera's pin code is 305901[4], and village code is 02522300. The area of Mandera is segregated as 46.48 hectares irrigated area, 34.09 hectares unirrigated, the 28.13 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 92.69 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Mandera has One public telephone. Mandera has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Mandera is a census village in the district of Ajmer, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 944 and has total administration over 210 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Mandera has 179 children, 92 boys and 87 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 43 (4.56%) males constitute 21 (2.22%) of the population and females 22 (2.33%).

The workforce is 217 male, 141 female with 284 (79.33%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 192 males and 92 females. 82 males and 72 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 17 male and 5 female agricultural labor. 74 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Beawar and Ajmer to sell ghee and make their living.
