Menoli is a small village of 824 hectares in Keshoraipatan Tehsil in Bundi district, also known as a city of stepwells in the State of Rajasthan, India.[1] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Menoli depends on KAPRAIN, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[2] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Menoli is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Menoli's pin code is 323301[3], and village code is 02746100. The area of Menoli is segregated as 273.53 hectares irrigated area, 107.57 hectares unirrigated, the 220.26 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 223.07 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Menoli has One public telephone. The village is connected with a single bus service. Menoli has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Menoli is a census village in the district of Bundi, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1257 and has total administration over 260 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Menoli has 201 children, 100 boys and 101 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 121 (9.63%) males constitute 67 (5.33%) of the population and females 54 (4.30%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 28 (2.23%) males constitute 13 (1.03%) of the population and females 15 (1.19%).

The workforce is 380 male, 369 female with 307 (40.99%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 293 males and 14 females. 251 males and 10 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 30 male and 1 female agricultural labor. 442 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of KAPRAIN and Bundi to sell ghee and make their living.
