Moondli is a small village of 701 hectares in Bassi Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Moondli depends on Jaipur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 193.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Moondli is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Moondli's pin code is 303908[4], and village code is 01618400. The area of Moondli is segregated as 193 hectares irrigated area, 77 hectares unirrigated, the 126 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 305 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Moondli is a census village in the district of Jaipur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2394 and has total administration over 378 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

The workforce is 598 male, 554 female with 638 (55.38%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 385 males and 253 females. 174 males and 137 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 25 male and 9 female agricultural labor. 514 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Jaipur and Jaipur to sell ghee and make their living.
