Morawas is a small village of 1517 hectares in Sojat Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Morawas depends on Sojat, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 52.00% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Morawas is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tanker. Morawas's pin code is 306104[4], and village code is 02413700. The area of Morawas is segregated as 232 hectares irrigated area, 1093 hectares unirrigated, the 147 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 45 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Morawas is a census village in the district of Pali, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 920 and has total administration over 189 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled caste counts for 316 (34.35%) males constitute 156 (16.96%) of the population and females 160 (17.39%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Sojat and Pali to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
