Mothi is a small village of 343 hectares in Kishangarh Tehsil in Ajmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Mothi depends on Kishangarh, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 9.00% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Mothi is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Mothi's pin code is 305801[4], and village code is 02498700. The area of Mothi is segregated as 37 hectares irrigated area, 138.05 hectares unirrigated, the 126.13 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 42.09 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Mothi is a census village in the district of Ajmer, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 517 and has total administration over 93 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

The workforce is 128 male, 115 female with 230 (94.65%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 119 males and 111 females. 45 males and 50 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 23 male and 37 female agricultural labor. 13 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Kishangarh and Ajmer to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
