Mr. Checkout Distributors is an American company that offers distribution services through its network independent DSD distributors and wholesalers.[1] It has established itself as a leader in distribution services for retail products.[2] The highlighting feature of Mr. Checkout is that it offers complete autonomy to its associate small distributors, merchandisers, and Wholesale-to-Distributor Warehouse Companies. Mr. Checkout has been behind the retail launch of several products featured on ABC's Shark Tank and was awarded the Top Distributor Award three times by the Independent Distributors Association of America.[3]

Mr. Checkout is headquartered in Oviedo, Florida, with offices in New York, Chicago, and Anaheim. The company has been featured in several media outlets such as National Broadcast, BuzzFeed, International Business Times, Entrepreneur Magazine, DC Life Magazine, The Huffington Post, Mogul, and several others.[4][5][6]

Mr. Checkout was founded in 1989 by Bob Goldstein, who was a former sales representative. The idea behind the foundation of Mr. Checkout was to offer the C-stores fast-turning checkout counter merchandise weekly via DSD (direct store delivery).[7]

Since its inception, Mr. Checkout has been acting as a consulting firm working alongside new and established wagon-jobbers / small distributors to offer door-to-door solicitation. Mr. Checkout Distributors were the first company to introduce 5 Hour Energy Drink into retail stores.[8]

In 2013, Florida-based entrepreneur Joel Goldstein purchased Mr. Checkout Distributors which was founded by Bob Goldstein, Joel's father.[9][10] The company started its services with a group of distributors which is also known as direct-store-delivery (DSD).[11][12] Mr. Checkout became one of the largest national groups of independent distributors in the U.S. with 50,000 independent retail owners and 1,000 distributors. Mr. Checkout has even forged valuable partnerships with SCCA & NASCAR.

Presently, Mr. Checkout has over 1000 distributors and suppliers and a network of over 250,000 stores. The operations of Mr. Checkout is supported by a number of celebrities such as Haily Steinfield, Evander Holyfield, Rick Ross, David Bright, Adrian Gonzalez, and several others.[13]

Mr. Checkout offers distribution services for products in multiple industries including automotive, beauty, consumer electronics, fashion, fitness, hardware, toys, outdoor, jewelry, health, pet, and several others.[14]

Mr.Checkout facilitates managing a distribution network range for direct to retail representation, convenience store distribution, food & beverage distribution, in-store marketing, direct store delivery managing the independent store network amongst other things.
