Munderi is a small village of 216 hectares in Jhalrapatan Tehsil in Jhalawar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Munderi depends on Jhalawar, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 60.40% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Munderi is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Munderi's pin code is 326001[4], and village code is 04001300. The area of Munderi is segregated as 60.4 hectares irrigated area, 54.95 hectares unirrigated, the 51.82 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 39.49 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Munderi is a census village in the district of Jhalawar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 995 and has total administration over 173 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Munderi has 164 children, 85 boys and 79 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 581 (58.39%) males constitute 312 (31.36%) of the population and females 269 (27.04%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 357 (35.88%) males constitute 176 (17.69%) of the population and females 181 (18.19%).

The workforce is 284 male, 178 female with 437 (94.59%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 274 males and 163 females. 127 males and 56 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 89 male and 95 female agricultural labor. 25 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Jhalawar to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
