Mushie is a private American manufacturer of refined baby products owned by Mushie & Co, LLC. Mushie is best known for its Scandinavian designed eco-friendly baby products. Based on minimalist designs, Mushie’s products aim at pleasing moms as well as babies.[1]

Mushie has its manufacturing plants in the U.S., Denmark, Turkey and Asia, and are sold in over 2500 stores worldwide spread across 21 countries.[2]

History[edit]

The company was founded in 2018 by Mushie and Levi Feigenson. Mushie and Levi left their jobs as a teacher and marketing consultant to start their own entrepreneurial business dedicated to creating sustainable and eco-conscious baby products. With an investment of $1500,’Mushie’ was founded.[3]

The beginning of this minimalist company is tied with Mushie’s own story. When Mushie was in her first trimester during her second pregnancy, she was diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum, which required complete bed rest, thus resulting in quitting her job.[4]

This is when Mushie involved herself in pre-birth research, finding the best products for her baby. With a shortage of practical, eco-friendly and aesthetically pleasing baby products, Mushie came up with an idea to start her own company based on this research.[5]

Mushie Feigenson and Levi Feigenson with a team of 6 people are dedicated to creating minimalisting, soothing and aesthetically pleasing baby products.

Within 2 years of its inception, Mushie has amassed over 700k followers on social media. Mushie’s products are sold in over 600 stores across the USA including Nordstrom and Target.[6]
