Nakora is a small village of 2890 hectares in Gudha Malani Tehsil in Barmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Nakora depends on BALOTRA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Nakora is also surrounded by Two lakes. They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of BALOTRA and Barmer to sell blanket and make their living.
