Nandla is a small village of 1649 hectares in Masuda Tehsil in Ajmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Nandla depends on Nasirabad, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 109.00% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Nandla is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Nandla's pin code is 305401[4], and village code is 02553800. The area of Nandla is segregated as 385 hectares irrigated area, 584 hectares unirrigated, the 368 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 312.16 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Nandla has One public telephone. The village is connected with a single bus service. Nandla has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Nandla is a census village in the district of Ajmer, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 3572 and has total administration over 665 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Nandla has 563 children, 293 boys and 270 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 775 (21.70%) males constitute 401 (11.23%) of the population and females 374 (10.47%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 53 (1.48%) males constitute 26 (0.73%) of the population and females 27 (0.76%).

The workforce is 886 male, 343 female with 974 (79.25%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 865 males and 109 females. 206 males and 68 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 8 male and 1 female agricultural labor. 255 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Nasirabad and Ajmer to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
