Naner is a small village of 1563 hectares in Peeplu Tehsil in Tonk district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Naner depends on Tonk, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal and Two springs. Naner is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Naner's pin code is 304504[4], and village code is 02611000. The area of Naner is segregated as 632.14 hectares irrigated area, 609.1 hectares unirrigated, the 140.02 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 182.11 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Naner has One post office (Naner B.O) and Two public telephones. The village is connected with a single bus service. Naner has Two banks, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Naner is a census village in the district of Tonk, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2937 and has total administration over 534 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 947 (32.24%) males constitute 485 (16.51%) of the population and females 462 (15.73%).
- Scheduled tribe counts for 177 (6.03%) males constitute 91 (3.10%) of the population and females 86 (2.93%).

According to a census 2011 report, 1274 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 708 male, 566 female with 651 (51.1%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 479 males and 172 females. 237 males and 62 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 61 male and 65 female agricultural labor. 623 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Tonk to sell leather shoes and make their living.
