Narsinghpura is a small village of 426 hectares in Sangod Tehsil in Kota district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[1] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Narsinghpura depends on MANGROL, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[2] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. Narsinghpura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Narsinghpura's pin code is 325001[3], and village code is 03783600. The area of Narsinghpura is segregated as 103.12 hectares irrigated area, 138.5 hectares unirrigated, remaining 7.6 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Narsinghpura has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Narsinghpura is a census village in the district of Kota, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 283 and has total administration over 65 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Narsinghpura has 28 children, 17 boys and 11 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 30 (10.60%) males constitute 17 (6.01%) of the population and females 13 (4.59%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 153 (54.06%) males constitute 81 (28.62%) of the population and females 72 (25.44%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of MANGROL and Kota to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
