Nasanwa is a small village of 861 hectares in Lachhmangarh Tehsil in Sikar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Nasanwa depends on Sikar, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 256.46% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Nasanwa is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Nasanwa's pin code is 332041[4], and village code is 01683000. The area of Nasanwa is segregated as 256.46 hectares irrigated area, 552.86 hectares unirrigated, the 28.55 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 22.66 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Nasanwa is a census village in the district of Sikar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1462 and has total administration over 262 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled caste counts for 186 (12.72%) males constitute 87 (5.95%) of the population and females 99 (6.77%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Sikar to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
