Nathawari is a small village of 769 hectares in Degana Tehsil in Nagaur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Nathawari depends on Merta City, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 11.40% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Nathawari is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tanker. Nathawari's pin code is 341031[4], and village code is 01858100. The area of Nathawari is segregated as 11.4 hectares irrigated area, 663.45 hectares unirrigated, the 69.49 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 25.11 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Nathawari has One public telephone. The village is connected with a single bus service. Nathawari has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Nathawari is a census village in the district of Nagaur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1175 and has total administration over 216 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled caste counts for 310 (26.38%) males constitute 165 (14.04%) of the population and females 145 (12.34%).

The workforce is 318 male, 300 female with 244 (39.48%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 195 males and 49 females. 109 males and 36 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 39 male and 5 female agricultural labor. 374 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Merta City and Nagaur to sell furniture and make their living.
