Nayasar is a small village of 971 hectares in Jhunjhunu Tehsil in Jhunjhunu district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Nayasar depends on Jhunjhunu, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 28.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Nayasar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Nayasar's pin code is 333001[4], and village code is 00684500. The area of Nayasar is segregated as 28 hectares irrigated area, 824 hectares unirrigated, the 107 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 12 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Nayasar has One post office (Nayasar B.O) and Fifty Six public telephones. The village is connected with a single bus service. Nayasar has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Nayasar is a census village in the district of Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2010 and has total administration over 368 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Nayasar has 239 children, 125 boys and 114 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 306 (15.22%) males constitute 139 (6.92%) of the population and females 167 (8.31%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 17 (0.85%) males constitute 8 (0.40%) of the population and females 9 (0.45%).

The workforce is 483 male, 578 female with 495 (46.65%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 399 males and 96 females. 191 males and 59 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 7 male and 1 female agricultural labor. 566 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Jhunjhunu to sell wood furniture and make their living.
