Neemri is a small village of 476 hectares in Vallabhnagar Tehsil in Udaipur district in the state of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Neemri depends on Bhinder, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 30.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Neemri is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Neemri's pin code is 313603[4], and village code is 03182300. The area of Neemri is segregated as 38 hectares irrigated area, 223 hectares unirrigated, the 179 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 36 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Neemri has Six public telephones. The village is connected with a single bus service. Neemri has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Neemri is a census village in the district of Udaipur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2198 and has total administration over 456 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Neemri has 263 children, 125 boys and 138 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 185 (8.42%) males constitute 93 (4.23%) of the population and females 92 (4.19%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 268 (12.19%) males constitute 141 (6.41%) of the population and females 127 (5.78%).

The workforce is 652 male, 653 female with 708 (54.25%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 616 males and 92 females. 312 males and 47 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 4 male and 3 female agricultural labor. 597 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Bhinder and Udaipur to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
