Nimola is a small village of 361 hectares in Tonk Tehsil in Tonk district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Nimola depends on Tonk, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 72.68% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Nimola is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Nimola's pin code is 304001[4], and village code is 02639200. The area of Nimola is segregated as 177.9 hectares irrigated area, 52 hectares unirrigated, the 102.98 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 27.99 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Nimola has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Nimola is a census village in the district of Tonk, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 541 and has total administration over 90 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled caste counts for 91 (16.82%) males constitute 49 (9.06%) of the population and females 42 (7.76%).

The workforce is 166 male, 155 female with 258 (80.37%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 142 males and 116 females. 33 males and 15 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 88 male and 85 female agricultural labor. 63 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Tonk to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
