Ora is a small village of 412 hectares in Aspur Tehsil in Dungarpur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Ora depends on Dungarpur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 1.00% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal and Two springs. Ora is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Ora's pin code is 314022[4], and village code is 03328000. The area of Ora is segregated as 102 hectares irrigated area, 54 hectares unirrigated, the 133 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 62 hectare area not available for cultivation.

The village is connected with a single bus service. Ora has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Ora is a census village in the district of Dungarpur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1734 and has total administration over 340 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled caste counts for 2 (0.12%) males constitute 1 (0.06%) of the population and females 1 (0.06%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 1159 (66.84%) males constitute 577 (33.28%) of the population and females 582 (33.56%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Dungarpur to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
