    Orbis Kazakhstan is a multidisciplinary holding company headquartered in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The present company initially started as "Autodom" LLP and was formed in 2001 by Makhmudov brothers[1]. Orbis Kazakhstan owns 9 subsidiaries in Kazakhstan.

    Aksaigasservice JSC[edit]

    Aksaigasservice JSC is a main supplier of Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V.

    Core business:

    • Refurbishment and installation of oil & gas product lines, Flow line|flow lines, wellhead set up equipment
    • Technical diagnosis and NDT of pipelines and processing facilities of oil & gas industry
    • Insulation of pipelines and equipment
    • Disposal of industrial wastes including oil wastes
    • Welding works, fabrication of steel constructions, tanks and vessels
    • Supply, storage and transportation of methanol, hydrochloric acid, liquid nitrogen, Chemical substance|chemicals and etc.

    In 2012, the company Aksaigasservice was awarded the republican award "Golden Paryz" and the diploma of the first prize signed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan[2].

    AGS Champion LLP[edit]

    AGS Champion is a supplier of industrial chemicals and related services for NCOC NV - operator of the Kashagan Field|Kashagan oilfield.

    Services provided:

    • Supply of special and general purpose chemicals for the marine and land complex of Bolashak factories in Atyrau (KZ).
    • Oil and gas sampling from high pressure pipelines and storage tanks
    • Provision of specialist engineers to support technological operations.

    E-Drivetech Eurasia[edit]

    E – drivetech Eurasia specializes in the development and provision of technological solutions for fleet management. Founded in 2013.

    Specialists of E - drivetech Eurasia in partnership with international colleagues from Israel, E-Drive Technology, have developed an innovative vehicle fleet management product. The product meets the conditions of the local market and fully meets the needs of Kazakhstan and international companies operating in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    The flagship product of E – drivetech Eurasia is aimed at optimizing business processes for fleet management, increases efficiency and reduces risks when solving complex business problems by combining effective technological solutions and tools.

    ORBIS - ORION SERVICES[edit]

    Orion Group KZ is a joint venture between the Orbis Kazakhstan group of companies and the Orion Group international, represented in 50 offices around the world.

    Since 2013, the company Orion Group KZ provides recruitment services throughout the Republic of Kazakhstan in many international fields such as: Petroleum industry|oil and gas industry, construction and infrastructure, Mining|mining industry, IT-technologies and finance.     Orbis Agro[edit]

    Orbis Agro LLP was established in 2018. The main activity is a production of whole grains and oilseeds, etc. There is a subsidiary company of Orbis Agro established the same year called “Farm Factory” LLP. Orbis Agro acquired two elevators, Kiyalinsky elevator[3] and Elevator Smirnovskyi[4]. “Green House” project is now in the process of launching.

    Since 2020, Orbis Agro has become a member of the "Kazakh Grain Union".[5]

    Orbis Auto[edit]

    Orbis Auto is the automotive division of Orbis Kazakhstan founded in September 28, 2012. Orbis Auto group of companies is among the leaders of the auto retail of Kazakhstan|the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    Orbis Auto dealerships provide a full range of services related to the purchase of cars and their maintenance - lending and insurance programs, leasing, trade-in, repair and warranty service, sale of original spare parts and accessories. Orbis Auto provides services for the redemption and sale of used cars and its divisions operate on the basis of all dealerships of the company.

    Orbis Auto's portfolio of brands includes 11 car brands, 1 special brand and 1 truck brand: Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Hyundai Motor Company|Hyundai, Cadillac[6][7], Audi, Porsche, Chevrolet, Volkswagen[8], JAC, Ravon, JCB (company)|JCB, Hino Motors|Hino.[9]

    In 2016, Sukhrab Makhmudov launched the biggest Toyota dealership in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan[10]. In 2019, several Orbis Auto dealerships opened their doors to public such as Cadillac Almaty, JCB Almaty, Volkswagen Center Almaty, Volkswagen Center Nur-Sultan, Volkswagen Center Aktau[11].

    Today, Orbis Auto’s number of employees is over 1,250 of highly qualified specialists.

    Orbis Expeditions[edit]

    Orbis Kazakhstan organizes expeditions every year to many remote locations in Kazakhstan and around the globe.

    In 2019, Orbis Kazakhstan's team led by Farrukh Makhmudov and Sukhrab Makhmudov double-crossed the South Pole and conquered Antarctica[12].
