Pacheta is a small village of 809 hectares in Manohar Thana Tehsil in Jhalawar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Pacheta depends on Manoharthana, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Pacheta is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Pacheta's pin code is 326037[4], and village code is 04067500. The area of Pacheta is segregated as 172.79 hectares irrigated area, 38.91 hectares unirrigated, the 108.05 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 61.32 hectare area not available for cultivation.

The village is connected with a single bus service. Pacheta has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Pacheta is a census village in the district of Jhalawar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1264 and has total administration over 259 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Pacheta has 182 children, 106 boys and 76 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 98 (7.75%) males constitute 49 (3.88%) of the population and females 49 (3.88%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 231 (18.28%) males constitute 126 (9.97%) of the population and females 105 (8.31%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Manoharthana and Jhalawar to sell earthen pot and make their living.
