Paderi is a small village of 955 hectares in Kherwara Tehsil in Udaipur district in the state of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Paderi depends on Rikhabdeo, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal and Two springs. Paderi is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Paderi's pin code is 313802[4], and village code is 03270900. The area of Paderi is segregated as 76 hectares irrigated area, 170 hectares unirrigated, the 222.44 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 186.56 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Paderi has One post office (Paderi B.O) and One public telephone. The village is connected with a single bus service. Paderi has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Paderi is a census village in the district of Udaipur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1068 and has total administration over 200 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Paderi has 146 children, 79 boys and 67 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 159 (14.89%) males constitute 79 (7.40%) of the population and females 80 (7.49%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 219 (20.51%) males constitute 123 (11.52%) of the population and females 96 (8.99%).

The workforce is 299 male, 223 female with 276 (52.87%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 240 males and 36 females. 131 males and 15 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 9 male and 7 female agricultural labor. 246 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Rikhabdeo and Udaipur to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
