Palaswani is a small village of 129 hectares in Banswara Tehsil in Banswara district, also known as City of Hundred Islands in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Palaswani depends on Banswara, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Palaswani is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Palaswani's pin code is 327001[4], and village code is 03456400. The area of Palaswani is segregated as 47 hectares irrigated area, 57 hectares unirrigated, the 5 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 10 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Palaswani is a census village in the district of Banswara, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 597 and has total administration over 125 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled tribe counts for 177 (29.65%) males constitute 86 (14.41%) of the population and females 91 (15.24%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Banswara to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
