Palbas is a small village of 1445 hectares in Phulera (Hq.Sambhar) Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Palbas depends on Phulera, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 228.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Palbas is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Palbas's pin code is 303338[4], and village code is 01509500. The area of Palbas is segregated as 228 hectares irrigated area, 388 hectares unirrigated, the 564 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 265 hectare area not available for cultivation.

The village is connected with a single bus service. Palbas has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Palbas is a census village in the district of Jaipur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 499 and has total administration over 120 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled caste counts for 164 (32.87%) males constitute 82 (16.43%) of the population and females 82 (16.43%).

The workforce is 125 male, 115 female with 154 (64.17%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 112 males and 42 females. 62 males and 11 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 6 male and 3 female agricultural labor. 86 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Phulera and Jaipur to sell ghee and make their living.
